Deeds

A notarial deed is a document created when the preservation of a specific declaration of will is required by law or when such form of the paper is consistent with the wishes of the party, such as in the case of a notarial will. If a condition is necessary, such as a notarial deed for the sale of a property, then the legal act conducted without the required form is void. A notary should draft a notarial instrument clearly and transparently. When completing notarial acts, the notary is obligated to safeguard the rights and legitimate interests of all parties and third parties for whom the show may have legal consequences. The notary must provide relevant explanations to the parties on the notarial act executed.
